our terms

  • We must have permission from the owner of the property
  • Any claims of damages require a clear declaration of what occurred
  • Payment is required via cleared funds after the move is complete
  • Payment can be either in cash on the day, or via bank transfer
  • We need it in writing that we have permission to move your belongings
  • There may be an increased cost if any additional services are required
  • Please ensure that there is easy access to the delivery or collection points
  • There may be delays due to things outside of our control (traffic jams etc)
  • The customer must declare any good that have a value over £400
  • The customer must arrange for a professional to disconnect any appliance connected to gas, water, or electrical outlets
  • We can’t move any items if we don’t have explicit permission
  • There’s no cancellation fee but please give us a weeks notice
  • The customer must notify us within one day of any damages incurred whilst moving
  • Our liability insurance is limited at £10,000
  • We are not liable for damages to items that the customer has packed. This includes: suitcases, trunks, boxes etc.
  • Our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair
  • Our vehicles hold one tonne of goods. Our specialist removal experts will let you know if more than one van (or additional journeys) is required
